Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who embodies professionalism, dynamism, and a go-getter attitude. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and involves working closely with potential clients to understand their needs and promote our AI solutions. The position requires the ability to thrive in a night shift setting, catering primarily to international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Product Expertise: Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of SmartBots’ AI offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Market Insight: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in inside sales, preferably within the technology or AI sectors.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales success.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work night shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
